Erin McGregor brings over two decades of diverse experience in the real estate and financial services industries, oﬀering clients a unique combination of expertise in residential and commercial lending and real estate appraisal.

Since transitioning to the real estate appraisal industry in 2021, Erin has worked on a wide range of projects, from standard residential properties to unique properties and development ventures. Her extensive background in lending allows her to approach appraisals with a comprehensive understanding of financial and risk perspectives, ensuring her clients receive actionable and reliable insights.

In addition to her appraisal work, Erin is a consultant to the financial services industry, primarily supporting clients in meeting audit requirements through lending file reviews, development of policies and procedures, process improvement, change management and training and development to enhance team capabilities. Erin also serves as a subject matter expert in business lending, facilitating training programs for lenders across Canada.
